Digital transformation for a children's choir
Vukovarski golubići is a renowned children's choir with a long tradition, known for numerous performances and cultural significance for the city of Vukovar. Their goal is to promote musical culture among the youngest and preserve Vukovar's musical heritage.
Transform an outdated website (from 2013) into a modern digital platform. The old site looked abandoned due to "blog format" news from 2015. The new goal was to create a visually appealing experience that evokes emotion, builds trust with parents, and leads visitors clearly towards enrolling new members.
The old site was not mobile-friendly, which is a critical obstacle in today's world.
Old design relied on "news" that hadn't been updated for years, giving the impression that the choir was no longer active.
Lack of consistent branding.
We built the website from scratch on the WordPress platform, tailored to the specific needs of the client.
A key part of the solution was free education. Through training, we enabled the client to independently manage the admin interface.
We created a modern visual identity using the choir's colors and musical motifs, ensuring that every new news item or gallery the client publishes looks visually appealing.
Initial consultations to help us understand the client's wishes and needs.
Deep market research to establish competition and latest trends.
Creation of visuals and layout from scratch reflecting the identity of Vukovarski Golubici.
Implementation of design into WordPress, focusing on user-friendly interface for the client.
Holding a workshop/training with the client - going through the process of publishing news, adding images, and editing texts.
Launching the site and checking the client's first independent entries to ensure everything functions seamlessly.
